About Me!

Welcome to my site… I appreciate you taking the time to check it out! My name is Abhishek Mehta, Abhi for short, and I have been fascinated with how the world of business is evolving in the 21st century, whether through the technological revolution (Industry 4.0), the increased focus on social justice, the need for emotional intelligence, the changing political landscape, and so on. Another one of my fascinations has been the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry, which is just a different world in itself. Difficult to understand but it touches the lives of billions around the globe.

I am a Consultant by profession and I specialize in end-to-end Business Transformation, with most of my career in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Medical Device industries identifying, designing, and driving large-scale transformations. My interest in the world of business operations peaked when I took on the role of co-lead of the Operating Model Strategy and Transformation practice at Acquis Consulting Group.

Any one trying to learn more about business operations and transformations usually walks away confused because the complexities are endless and structure is limited. I know I did when I first started. Unless you work in the field or have studied it extensively, learning the business operations, especially in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry, is a painful task and very little content available to the public is easily understandable.

As I learn about the industry and business operations and transformation, I will share my learnings through this website as a subjective output of my career and life experiences.
